After graduating from the prestigious Leiths School of Food and Wine in the Summer of 2022, Alex has gone on to work in various areas of the food industry. He received sole credit for his styling and photography work on a charity cookbook entitled 'From our table to yours' which was released in November 2022. For the main part though, he has worked as a home economist on the BBC productions 'Great British Menu' (S18), 'Stacey Solomon's crafty Christmas' (2022), and the series adaptation of the film 'Boiling Point'. In Autumn 2024, he is to launch a podcast entitled 'Just to pasta time' where he interviews LGBTQ+ celebrities about their lives, and explores if there is a connection between the food they love, and the person they are today.
